Guiding Lights is run by Lighthouse. Lighthouse provides creative and professional development opportunities for filmmakers, screenwriters, animators and artists working with the moving image and digital technology. We offer a wide range of initiatives including commissions, production schemes, training courses, bursaries, masterclasses and networking events, as well as running innovative education and outreach projects.


Skillset


Skillset is the Sector Skills Council (SSC) for Creative Media which comprises tv, film, radio, interactive media, animation, computer games, facilities, photo imaging and publishing. Jointly funded by industry and government, our job is to help the UK creative media industries have the right people, with the right skills, in the right place, at the right time, so that our industries remain competitive.


Bord Scannán na hÉireann/the Irish Film Board


Bord Scannán na hÉireann/the Irish Film Board (IFB) is the national development agency for the Irish film industry investing in talent, creativity and enterprise. The agency supports and promotes the Irish film industry and the use of Ireland as a location for international production.


FÁS Screen Training Ireland


FÁS Screen Training Ireland is a state funded national training and development resource specifically created for Ireland’s film and television industry. It works with industry professionals, both locally and internationally, to identify, design and deliver training for Irish professionals. Training programmes are offered to practitioners and companies to enhance their expertise in Film, Television, Animation and Digital Media.
